It's always a good time to eat healthy, and it's never too late to start! In this class, you will learn how to make healthy and satisfying meals (no lack of flavor here!) for you and your loved ones. We will discuss how to make healthier choices at the grocery store and what to do with that bounty of food at home. You will be let loose into the kitchens to prepare tasty recipes to take home to your family, such as Tandoori Spiced Chicken with Fragrant Rice. Roasted Cod with Tomatoes and Herb Broth. $25 Grocery Fee due to instructor the first night of class.
